general information
Founded in 1991, the Colegio La Reforma now teaches 30 children from the community that would otherwise need to walk far to the government subsidized school. The school charges Q35 per month per student, but will waive the fee depending on the resources of the parents.

The children are currently taught in two classrooms, one with grades one-three and the other with grades four, five and six. The classes take place in the afternoon. The education is bi-lingüal - Quiché-Spanish. They have further plans to use their available space to open a shelter for the street children of Toto.
