Services, education and research in the following areas: Infant and reproductive health, including AIDS, childrens' rights, youth leadership training, computer studies. Has a clinic in Cajola.
Has been working in the rural Quiche and Mam regions since 1996. Has two health clinics and has taught over 20 mayan men and women to evaluate and treat basic childhood illnesses. Additionally, IDEI works with local midwives. Connected to governmental hospital Rodolfo Robles, where Dr. López is a practicing physician. |
