volunteer terms	Women's prison - Also position of Program Coordinator Medical Clinic - work with the Guatemalan staff of the Kunabalaj Medical Clinic just outside Xela. Opportunities to work with the medical and dental staff and/or in health education in the community. Artesan Development - Live and work with groups of indigenous women in the region of Nahuala to develop and diversify the production and selling of their handicrafts. Opportunity to learn about traditional weaving techniques, volunteer in a local primary school and partner together with women artisans in the growth of their livelihood. Intermediate Spanish. Reforestation programs - two weeks and basic Spanish. Room occasionally available. Can participate in ICA school activities.

general information	ICAmigos has to date worked extensively in five projects that include, a Reforestation project, Bilingual Education with Spanish and the Mayan language of Mam, Development of Artisan groups, Literacy and Education program for inmates of the Women's Prevention Centre of Quetzaltenango, and a Medical Clinic.
