|
The non-profit project started in October 2002 on a local initiative in close cooperation with Adolfo Cruz, his Surf Camp, the principle of the local school. The village has about six-hundred inhabitants, with 30 to 40 kids from 8 to 18 attending classes from Monday to Friday. Lessons take place at the local school. |
