Some Examples Of What Your Donation Can Provide
$10 sponsors visits to a local non-profit organisation, and further work to register them as part of the EntreMundos volunteer opportunities database.
$15 sponsors a three-hour computer class for members of associations and community groups.
$20 sponsors a page of EntreMundos' free magazine (2000 copies produced bi-monthly on human rights and development issues)
$25 sponsors a conference about social issues in Guatemala
$50 sponsors a training workshop for a local, women’s weaving cooperative.
$75 sponsors a one-day volunteer project to plant 500 trees for a local environmental organisation.

EntreMundos and IAHA
The Inter-American Health Alliance (IAHA) is a U.S.-based 501(c)3 non-profit that was started by volunteers to support development operations in Guatemala.
IAHA is entirely volunteer-run, which means that the maximum amount of funds raised go directly to EntreMundos in Guatemala. IAHA's status as a tax-exempt organisation allows U.S. donors to receive a tax discount on their donation to EntreMundos. IAHA also assists EntreMundos in fundraising, publicity and facilitating online donations.
IAHA fundraises for Primeros Pasos' operations, provides logistical support, and coordinates donations of supplies. They work closely with other charitable U.S.-based groups and universities to develop sustainable relationships that can help support the work of EntreMundos.
